A ship is setting out to sea with a new personalization platform designed to customize the cruise experience for each individual passenger. As part of this engagement, we were tasked to create a digital platform that orchestrates guest wearables, sensor environment and personalization engine for the Ship’s crew to provide true vacation luxury through Personalized Hospitality.
IDENTIFY GUESTS
Proximity Wave is a visual search tool that allows the Crew Member to identify guests and their travel party by proximity to anticipate their needs.
CATER TO GUESTS
Guest Profiles suggest drink and food recommendations aligned with guest’s preferences and previous orders.
TRACK ORDERS
Digital Queue handles and tracks tasks in real time through a digital ticketing system that serves across all service departments.
DELIVER ORDERS
The Delivery System supports runners as they deliver orders to guest's current location regardless of their ordering location.
CREW COMPASS DESIGN SYSTEM
A digitally forward, action oriented evolution of the Guest Design System prioritizing utility and efficiency, while maintaining an aspirational aesthetic that drives emotion.
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIONS
- Collaborated with Accenture, engineers and design counterparts from problem definition through to implementation
- Collaborated with team to solidify and shape concepts through visual comp designs and production specification
- Contributed to Crew's Design Language System thought and generation
- Generated Proximity Wave design and served as main point of contact for production
- Generated Service Service Flows and was in charge of their maintenance
